Banner Crazy!

I've gone banner crazy! After coming home from lunch with my crafty creative friends, I was inspired to make some banners to make our house more colorful. I was sad at first thinking I can't do anything creative because I don't have a sewing machine. But, I do have a glue gun!!!


Can you see all three of them in this picture?
The pink one has some of Sierra's finger painting on it.




Here's the one Emily made, and gave me for HER birthday!

    Ahh, Emily, thanks! That means a lot coming from the creative expert! Believe it or not, for the first time in my life, I have a desire to get a sewing machine. My goodness, you creative people are contagious!

    Lisa! I don't know if the sewing machine thing will happen soon, but I could see it being a good thing to learn once Sierra is older and can learn, too. Thanks for sharing in the excitement! Anything is possible, I guess, if I end up sewing.

    You are so creative!! I love the glue gun! Your banners turned out so nice, and I think it's so special you incorporated Sierra's art work. What a great idea!
